Some time ago, in cooperation with Unity, we had a pleasure to work on a simulator project which, together with the environmental and urban space built for this project, allows you to test drones, autonomous vehicles, and robotic systems in a safe VR environment.
Project provides realistic environments and vehicle dynamics. Under these conditions, developers can safely experiment because the simulation allows you to observe real scenarios in a controlled, virtual environment that can be treated as a testing ground. Today we want to remind you of the new Unity & Volvo material and show you how this type of technological solutions can be used in real projects and how important it is to test various scenarios and solutions in a virtual environment for safety in the real world.
